More arson, spate of attacks in Kerman province

At least two dozen attacks, including acts of arson and vandalism, have been reported in Rafsanjan in Kerman province in recent months.

On 4 October, a wedding boutique owned by Baha’is was burned. Other incidents of persecution include shutting down of retail businesses, anti-Baha’i materials delivered to homes, attacks published in the local newspaper, menacing gestures made toward Baha’is, destruction by fire of a car owned by a Baha’i, and costly vandalism to vehicles and homes.
