The Human Rights Activists in Iran reported that Mr Adel Fanaian, Mr Abbas Nourani and Mr Taher Eskandarian were arrested in Semnan on Sunday, 4 January 2009 and were taken to an unknown location. Mrs Sahba Rezvani was arrested earlier on 15 December 2008.
The government officials have not yet made any statements regarding these arrests or the charges against these individuals.
